Planning proposals into a project and resource requests

This document offers step-by-step guidance on planning proposals and automatically converting them into projects and resource requests, highlighting the essential aspects of the process.

Plan a proposal

1. Open the application
2. Go to proposals
3. Click on Plan Proposal. Note: The proposal must be with the status Completed
4. Link proposal to a project
   1. Select an existing project or create a new one
   2. Click Next
5. Link proposal to resource requests
   1. Review automatically created resource requests
   2. Remove redundant resource requests
   3. Add missing resource requests
6. Click Save to save the project and resource requests information
7. or click Cancel to close the modal without saving your changes
