Schedule team members with the Resource Planner

This document offers step-by-step guidance on planning and scheduling team members using the Resource Planner feature, highlighting the essential aspects of the process.


Create a new assignment

  1. Open the application
  2. Go to Resource Planner
  3. Click on Add New Assignment
  4. Fill in the mandatory information
  5. Click Save to save the information
  6. or click Cancel to close the modal without saving your changes


View assignments

  1. Open the application
  2. Go to Resource Planner
  3. You can see all the assignments in the planner
  4. You can filter by user to see the assignments of specific users
  5. You can filter by project to see the assignments of a specific project
  6. You can filter by role to see the assignments of specific roles
  7. You can switch the view to:
    1. 2-weeks view displays a daily schedule for a period of 2 weeks
    2. Months view displays  a monthly schedule for a period of 12 months


Edit an assignment

  1. Open the application
  2. Go to Resource Planner
  3. Click on any assignment in the planner
  4. Edit any information
  5. Click Save to save the information
  6. or click Cancel to close the modal without saving your changes
  7. or click Delete to remove the assignment


? Tip: 
You can edit an assignment start date and end date by dragging it in the planner
