Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM integration

Follow these steps to connect to your Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Data Source for PrediktAI and use your imported data in any of our dashboards and reports.

Instructions

1. Connect to your PrediktAI account
2. Open the Integrations page
3. Click on the "Add integration button"
4. Select the Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration from the dropdown menu (you can start typing in the field for faster access)
5. Click on the "Next" button
6. Review the integration information
7. Click on the "Next" button
8. You will be redirected to your Microsoft Dynamics 365 account integration screen
   1. Enter the primary domain name (Find your Microsoft tenant ID and primary domain)
   2. Enter the resource URL (Find your Microsoft web API resource URL)
   3. Optionally, authenticate with your Hubspot credentials if you're not already logged in
9. Click on the "Next" button
10. After up to 10 minutes, your dashboards and reports data will automatically be updated with the provided values.

Important 

• In case of conflict, data from other data sources will have precedence over the Google Sheet data.
