Atlassian Jira Integration

Follow these steps to connect to your Atlassian Jira Data Source for PrediktAI and use your imported data in any of our dashboards and reports.

Before you begin

To connect, you need:

An active Atlassian Jira instance
An active Atlassian API Token Key (See the Atlassian documentation on how to generate one)
Access to your organisation's data ("browse projects" and "browse users" permissions in Jira)
All users have shared their email with Anyone. (See the documentation on how to update it)

Instructions

Connect to your PrediktAI account
Open the Integrations page
Click on the "Add integration button"
Select the Atlassian Jira integration from the dropdown menu (you can start typing in the field for faster access)
Click on the "Next" button
Fill in the integration information
1. Your Jira instance domain (The base URL of your Jira instance - typically {Your Company}.atlassian.net)
2. Your Atlassian user's email
3. Your Atlassian user's API Token Key (See the Atlassian documentation on how to generate one)
Click on the "Next" button
After up to 10 minutes, your dashboards and reports data will automatically be updated with the provided values.

Important

In case of conflict, data from other data sources will have precedence over the Google Sheet data.
Once you integrate Atlassian Jira, the time entries will override the Google Sheet "Timesheet" tab
