Zoho CRM integration

Follow these steps to connect to your Zoho CRM Data Source for PrediktAI and use your imported data in any of our dashboards and reports.

Instructions

1. Connect to your PrediktAI account
2. Open the Integrations page
3. Click on the "Add integration button"
4. Select the Clickup integration from the dropdown menu (you can start typing in the field for faster access)
5. Click on the "Next" button
6. Fill in the integration information
   1. Select your Zoho CRM Data Center. (See in the section above where to find it)
7. Review the integration information
8. Click on the "Next" button
9. You will be redirected to Zoho CRM login page where you can log in to your account.
10. After up to 10 minutes, your dashboards and reports data will automatically be updated with the provided values.

Important 

• In case of conflict, data from other data sources will have precedence over the Google Sheet data.
