Zendesk Sell integration

Follow these steps to connect to your Zendesk Sell Data Source for PrediktAI and use your imported data in any of our dashboards and reports.


Before you begin

To connect, you need:

  • An active Zendesk Sell instance
  • Access to your organisation's data (Sync API and Search API access)

    NOTE: If you use the Sell Elite plan, you will have access to the Sync and Search APIs. If you are using another Sell plan, contact Zendesk Support and tell them that you want to enable API access for the Fivetran Zendesk Sell connector.


Instructions

  1. Connect to your PrediktAI account
  2. Open the Integrations page
  3. Click on the "Add integration button"
  4. Select the Zendesk Sell integration from the dropdown menu (you can start typing in the field for faster access)
  5. Click on the "Next" button
  6. Review the integration information
  7. Click on the "Next" button
  8. You will be redirected to your Zendesk Sell account OAUTH screen
    1. Optionally, authenticate with your Zendesk Sell credentials if you're not already logged in
  9. Click on the "Next" button
  10. After up to 10 minutes, your dashboards and reports data will automatically be updated with the provided values.



Important 

  • In case of conflict, data from other data sources will have precedence over the Google Sheet data.
