Follow these steps to connect to your SAP SuccessFactors Data Source for PrediktAI and use your imported data in any of our dashboards and reports.
Before you beginTo connect, you need:

Instructions- Connect to your PrediktAI account
- Open the Integrations page
- Click on the "Add integration button"
- Select the SAP SuccessFactors integration from the dropdown menu (you can start typing in the field for faster access)
- Click on the "Next" button
- Review the integration information
- Click on the "Next" button
- You will be redirected to your SAP SuccessFactors account OAUTH screen
- In the Subdomain field, enter the API server URL (From the list of SAP SuccessFactors API servers, make a note of the API Server URL corresponding to your Environment and Location).
NOTE: The URL must be in the following format: xxxx.yyyy.com
. - Enter the Company ID.
- Enter the application key.
- Enter the SAML Assertion (Follow the instructions in SAP's documentation to generate a SAML assertion.)
- Optionally, authenticate with your SAP SuccessFactors credentials if you're not already logged in
- Click on the "Next" button
- After up to 10 minutes, your dashboards and reports data will automatically be updated with the provided values.
- In the Subdomain field, enter the API server URL (From the list of SAP SuccessFactors API servers, make a note of the API Server URL corresponding to your Environment and Location).
NOTE: The URL must be in the following format:xxxx.yyyy.com
. - Enter the Company ID.
- Enter the application key.
- Enter the SAML Assertion (Follow the instructions in SAP's documentation to generate a SAML assertion.)
- Optionally, authenticate with your SAP SuccessFactors credentials if you're not already logged in
Important
- In case of conflict, data from other data sources will have precedence over the Google Sheet data.
