How to share a dashboard outside of PrediktAI

The Dashboards page contains all your dashboards. You can access any dashboard by clicking on its icon.

Instructions

Share a dashboard

Go to the Dashboards page.
Click on the dashboard you would like to access. The dashboard will open in the same window.
Scroll the dashboard to view all its widgets.
Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to see the data you need to share.
Click on the "Share" button. A modal will open with a unique link to your public dashboard.
Click the "Open link" button to open the shareable public dashboard in a new tab.
Click on the "Copy link" button to copy the link to the shareable public dashboard to the clipboard.

Important!

You can open a shared dashboard in incognito mode to see how it looks for external users. If you open a shared dashboard in the browser you are logged in, you will still see the global KPIs banner and the dashboard's filters.

Once shared, the filters in the public dashboards cannot be changed. If you need to share a dashboard with a different filtered view, you need to redo steps 4 through 7.
